Capital repair of Fili station

Specialists of Moscow Metrostroy construction completed major repairs on the platforms of the station Fili, partially closed to passengers in the direction of the center in the III quarter of 2017.

The reconstruction of the platform site consisted of replacing the materials of the platform finishing, track walls and roofing. Instead of asphalt on the platforms appeared hardened granite of dark color, and the cover above them is made of roofing sandwich panels, under which are installed infrared heaters.

The track walls of Fili are faced with glass stained glass. New lighting is installed, and all lamps are replaced with energy-saving ones. The new decoration made the appearance of the stations light and modern.

The restoration of the eastern entrance hall of the station Fili is also continuing. Inside it there will be updated cash zones with the possibility of non-cash payment for travel, turnstiles made of stainless steel, navigation elements made in accordance with the brand of the Moscow Metro.

According to the project, during the finishing materials of domestic producers were used. In order to increase the energy efficiency of the facility, special glass was used, which reduces the heating of the premises in the summer and prevents the loss of heat in the winter.

Station design - ground with side platforms. It is constructed according to a typical ground-type design.
