Throughout its existence, Mosmetrostroy expanded the scope of its activities, engaged in the construction and reconstruction of administrative, industrial and residential buildings, architectural and historical complexes, underground garages, shopping centers and many other buildings.

The beginning was the construction of housing for their own needs - the resettlement of tens of thousands metro constructors who came from different regions of the country. In total, over the entire period of the organization's activity, more than 400 thousand square meters of residential realty have been commissioned.

In addition, specialists of Mosmetrostroy were involved in city orders for the construction and reconstruction of various facilities: Former Upper Chambers on Red Square (the present building of GUM), a number of buildings of the Kremlin, Government House, re-equipment of the former Manezh building in the Central Exhibition Hall, the largest in the country store for children Children's World, hotels Russia, Moscow, President-Hotel, restaurant Prague, Olympic complexes, the stadium Luzhniki. All large-scale works are executed with high quality in a short time.

In recent years, schools have been built on the territory of Moscow and the Moscow Region, a new 9-storey building of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation; a Great choral synagogue has been reconstructed.
