Road construction

Along with the main activity, Mosmetrostroy successfully established itself as a reliable contractor in construction of road and railway tunnels, bridges, overpasses and interchanges of a high complexity category.

For the first time in Russia, the company's specialists implemented a project to build transport tunnels in the preserved area of the Serebrany Bor. This is a complex of structures, consisting of three tunnels with a total length of 4.5 km: road, subway and service. All tunnels managed to be built with the help of mechanized tunneling slurry shields with diameters of 14.2 m and 6.28 m.

Mosmetrostroy constructed sections of the Third Ring Road in the interchanges on Kutuzovskiy Prospect, Ploshad Gagarina and Lefortovsky Tunnel, as well as on the Moscow Ring Road. Here we used the latest technologies with the use of modern equipment.

Moscow Metrostroy – is the one of the few construction companies in the capital, recognized in the international market. At different times metro constructors took part in foreign projects on construction of railway, transport and communication tunnels. A vivid example of large-scale projects in recent years in terms of technology and their implementation are the well-known hydrotechnical tunnel under the Bosphorus (Turkey) and the section of the high-speed railway Tel Aviv - Jerusalem (Israel).

In the spring of 2017, the subsidiary of JSC Mosmetrostroy, LLC MMC-International won an international competition for the right to conclude an agreement on the construction of tunnels of the high-speed railway line Belgrade - Budapest.

At present, the company's management continues to consider its participation in various tenders taking into account its production and economic capabilities both in Russia and abroad.
