Capital repair of Kuntsevskaya station

Specialists of the Moscow Metrostroy construction are reconstructing the eastern lobby of the station Kuntsevskaya, closed to passengers in June 2017.

At present, they started dismantling works in the service and technological premises.

According to the project, materials from domestic manufacturers will be used for finishing. In order to increase the energy efficiency of the facility, it is planned to use special glass, which reduces the heating of the premises in the summer and prevents the loss of heat in winter.

After the reconstruction of the eastern vestibule Kuntsevskaya there will be an elevator for the less mobile groups of the population.

The design of the station is a ground station with an island platform. It is constructed according to a standard project of prefabricated reinforced concrete.

Exit to the city on Rublevskoe highway, to Moldavskaya and Malaya Filevskaya streets, to the platform Kuntsevo of the Belarusian direction of the Moscow railway.
