Evgeny Iosifovich Kashin was born on the 24th of August 1954 in Moscow.
In 1975 graduated from G.V. Plekhanov Moscow Institute of Natural Economy with a speciality in industrial planning.
In 2000 appointed the first deputy of the director general of the public limited company Moscow Metrostroy.
In 2006 graduated from the training course in the Moscow State Open University with a qualification for management of mining works in underground and metro construction.
Active member of the Academy of Mining Sciences.
Candidate of technical sciences.
